Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026 · Version 2026-08-18
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy explains how Metaparlour collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Platform.
Independent providers, sellers, social networks, payment processors, registrars, wallet providers, and linked websites may separately control information under their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity
Name, email, phone number, username, tier, profile details, verification activity, and support communications.
Style and scan information
Photos submitted to MyStyle or MAX for analysis and derived results such as estimated hair type, hair length, face shape, current style, recommendations, and scan history.
Storefront and professional data
Business details, portfolios, products, services, schedules, pricing, availability, reviews, orders, bookings, and custom-domain information.
Transactions
Purchase, payout, refund, booking, order, subscription, fee, and transaction-status information. Payment processors handle full payment-card details.

Public blockchain addresses, connected-wallet details, token balances displayed by the Platform, and public blockchain transaction information.
Connected services
Social profile identifiers, handles, links, and authorized information received from connected social or third-party accounts.
Device and activity
IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, interactions, referral information, cookies, local storage, analytics, security events, and approximate location inferred from technical data.
Legal records
The versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted or acknowledged, acceptance time, account email, IP address, and browser or device information.
MyStyle estimates visible characteristics for style recommendations. It is not designed to identify you or authenticate identity. We do not intentionally create a biometric identification template from a MyStyle scan.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate accounts, record consent, prevent fraud, and maintain security
- Provide profiles, tiers, storefronts, domains, products, bookings, orders, schedules, wallets, tokens, referrals, and support
- Process MyStyle photos through an AI provider and save scan results for signed-in users
- Process transactions, payouts, refunds, subscriptions, and related records
- Personalize recommendations, measure performance, troubleshoot, and improve features
- Send transactional, safety, legal, service, and permitted marketing communications
- Enforce agreements, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect users and the Platform
Depending on your location and the activity, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate business and security interests, or with consent where required.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information as follows:
Infrastructure and records
Hosting, cloud, spreadsheet, storage, analytics, logging, email, and customer-support providers.
Payments and commerce
Payment processors, financial institutions, sellers, providers, and fulfilment partners as required to complete a transaction.
AI processing
AI service providers receive submitted photos and prompts needed to generate MyStyle or MAX results.
Domains
Hosting, DNS, and domain registrars may receive domain and registrant information when you connect or purchase a custom domain.
Blockchain services
Wallet and blockchain providers process public addresses and transactions; public networks may make information permanently visible.
Connected accounts
Social networks and other services process information according to their own terms when you connect an account.
Legal and safety
Authorities, advisers, insurers, counterparties, or others when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or a corporate transaction.
5. Public information
Storefronts, usernames, domains, profiles, listings, reviews, portfolios, public social links, products, services, and certain provider information may be visible publicly and indexed by search engines.
Public blockchain addresses and transactions can be viewed and copied by anyone and generally cannot be deleted from the blockchain.
6. Cookies and device storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, referrals, shopping carts, preferences, security, analytics, and essential Platform operation. Browser controls may limit non-essential storage, but disabling essential storage can prevent features from working.
7. Retention and international processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain transaction and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. We maintain internal retention periods by record type and securely delete or anonymize information when its purpose and required retention period end.
MyStyle photos are sent to the disclosed AI processing service to produce a result. Signed-in users' derived scan results are saved to their account history; the scanner explains whether the submitted photo is saved before analysis. Users may request deletion of eligible scan history through support while self-service deletion is being completed.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards where required.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service, email, wallet, blockchain, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or complain to a privacy regulator.
You may disconnect linked accounts, manage public profile information, adjust browser settings, and opt out of eligible marketing. Some information must be retained for legal, security, transaction, or consent-record purposes.
10. Children
The account Platform is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly permit them to create accounts. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact Metaparlour support.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. We may notify users and require acknowledgment of a new version when changes are material.
Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted to support@metaparlour.io or through the contact methods published on the Platform. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
