By accessing or using Metaparlour ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including service providers, businesses, creators, and customers who access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Metaparlour is a technology platform that connects wellness professionals, businesses, creators, and consumers. The Platform facilitates:

• Service discovery and booking
• Business management tools for professionals
• Creator collaboration and monetization
• Community engagement and reviews
• Payment processing

Metaparlour acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not provide wellness services directly.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not create an account if you are under 18 years of age or if you have been previously banned from the Platform.

Metaparlour facilitates payment processing between customers and service providers. By using payment features, you agree that:

• All payments are processed through our authorized payment partners
• Service providers set their own pricing for services
• Metaparlour charges a platform fee on transactions
• Refund and cancellation policies are determined by service providers and Platform policies
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Payment information is handled securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Unauthorized use of another person's account or identity
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Distributing spam, malware, or harmful content
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Platform

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Metaparlour and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the Platform but grant Metaparlour a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with Platform operations.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METAPARLOUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform
• Services provided by third-party providers
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Platform errors, bugs, or interruptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
