Provider Terms

Effective August 18, 2026 · Version 2026-08-18

These terms supplement the Terms of Service for anyone listing or supplying services or products through Metaparlour. Provider activation and payment onboarding may require additional signed documents.

1. Independent business

Providers act as independent businesses, not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Metaparlour. Providers control how they perform services and are responsible for their staff, expenses, registrations, taxes, and legal obligations.

2. Eligibility, licensing, and insurance

Providers must maintain all licences, permits, training, registrations, insurance, and health-and-safety practices required for their services and location. Metaparlour may request current evidence and suspend bookability until verification is complete.

3. Listings and service delivery

Service descriptions, qualifications, availability, prices, images, risks, products, and policies must be accurate. Providers must deliver bookings professionally, safely, without unlawful discrimination, and in accordance with disclosed terms and applicable law.

4. Customer information

Providers may use customer information only to fulfil the booking, provide support, meet legal duties, or for another purpose the customer validly authorizes. Providers must protect it, restrict access, report suspected breaches promptly, and not add customers to marketing lists without required consent.

5. Payments and payouts

Payments may be processed through an approved marketplace payment provider. Payouts are subject to settlement, identity and account verification, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, fraud review, processor rules, and law. Provider payables are accounted for separately from Metaparlour operating funds.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Providers must follow the Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy and the terms shown to the customer before checkout. Metaparlour may recover provider amounts associated with authorized refunds, disputes, chargebacks, misconduct, duplicate payouts, or transaction errors.

7. Products and content

Providers and sellers are responsible for the legality, safety, labelling, inventory, fulfilment, returns, warranties, intellectual-property rights, and accuracy of products and content they publish.

8. Enforcement

Metaparlour may pause listings, bookings, or payouts while investigating safety, fraud, legal, customer-protection, payment, or policy concerns. Material or repeated violations may result in removal, without limiting obligations already incurred.
